Successfully replaced 2008 R2 64x Server. Raised fuction on Old Domain & ran Windows 2008/x32 adprep/forestprep. No problems, running checklist procedure not to get confused or miss step.Very Important to run checks afterwards, netdom query fsmo displayed everything.
Created beta test environment incl:Windows 2003 Domain & Windows Exchange 2003 member Server.
